The rules listed below are for the Wombwell 2011 club championship
- All drivers must be current BRCA members at the start of the championship
- Race Fees are members to be £7. The fee for the non members will be £9. These prices are per meeting.
- Race format will consist of 3 heats and a final (4 rounds whenever possible). There will be a rolling start for all heats with the time starting when your car crosses the line. Electric cars will start in number order.
- Only commercially available pump fuel may be used, the only additive allowed is 2 stroke oil (no race fuel or octane booster) note - Largescale cars
- The heats will be of 5 minute duration electic and ic, 7 minutes largescale, with fastest car earning pole position for the final
- Finals will be 5 minutes electrics and 15 for all other classes. In the event of more than 10 drivers per class a B final (10 minutes) will be put in place. i.e.10 drivers = A final ,11 drivers = 6 drivers in A final 5 Drivers in B final. No drivers will move from B final to A final
- Finals will be started from a staggered grid with a 5 metre gap between cars
- Points will be awarded from position in Finals from 100 pts downwards
- Drivers must complete at least 1 full lap to receive points
- NO FTD POINTS TO BE GIVEN.
- Transponders will be available
- Only vehicles fitting the criteria of the class will be allowed to run
- No engines to be run before 10am
- All cars to be fitted with approved silencers. Any car making exessesive noise to be stopped immediatley
- No off road cars allowed even with circuit tyres.
- Anyone entering the track area must be BRCA Members
- No model cars to be run in pit area.
- All noise to be kept to a minimum
- No bad language
- Generators only to be run between 10am and 5pm. and must be of the suitcase type no open frame indusatrial frame ones allowed
- All Lipo drive batteries must be charged in a lipo sac
- Frequencies available to use (must be legal in UK)
- 27 Mhz 26.800 - 27.290 with 10Khz spacing
- 40 Mhz 40.665 - 40.995 with 10Khz spacing
- 2.4 Ghz
